Tonight was a very special night 😇 October 2023 - I was given my first ceremony - focusing on the heart and self-love ❤️ October 2024 - I came off all mental health medication - becoming very physically and mentally well 💪 February 2026 - I held my first ceremony space for my nephew @_harley__may_ - focusing on the heart and self-love 💚 What a full circle moment indeed ⭕️ The ripple effect is real 🌊 Manifestation is real 🙏 The beautiful Riley and Kyla showed me this path, it took me a while to fully step on, but when I did, I tackled it at full speed 🏃 As things progressed I told myself “I’m going to be doing what they do one way or another” 🫡 Fast forward a little bit and here I am - being an inspiration to those around me, holding my own ceremony spaces, helping those around me (and something else that will soon be revealed 👀) I am forever grateful for Riley and Kyla to have shown, guided and supported me with all I know 🥰 A lot has been done in this short time, and there is so much more planned for the future 🙌 For anyone wanting the full potential life has to offer, message me, @conscious.roots.healing @universal.souljahh @kylxpxlma ‼️ Peace ☮️ love ❤️ and blessing to you all 🙏 Your favourite number, 9inety9ine x Haux!!!💚

I was having a bit of a low day the other day. But whether you are down or not, life still continues. I should have been doing coursework but I knew my head wouldn’t be very productive for that. Instead, I spent the day doing things good for the soul! Here’s what I did in the day. And by the end of the day I felt okay again. It’s nice to see what a “bad day” looks like now compared to 3 years ago 🙌
Every Monday and Thursday I collect spring water with a furry companion 💧🐶 this walk is a good exercise and good way to get out in nature!! Some spring water facts: Naturally filtered - after flowing through soils and rocks, many impurities are naturally removed Rich in minerals - spring water contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium (electrolytes) that our body crave Hydration - due to being rich in minerals it gives us greater hydration than plain tap water #nature #naturally #springwater #walking #exercise #dog #dogwalking
